Very friendly and helpful staff. Room and bathroom in very good decorative condition, and air conditioning almost too good. We had to turn it off eventually as the room became too cold. The number 28 bus can be caught nearby and this takes you to the Old Town area where the tapas bars can be found. Or the hotel will call you a taxi which costs around €11 to get to Old Town or to the sea front.
Very limited breakfast, though not expensive. No hot food. The area isn't particularly attractive, with the stadium opposite the hotel entrance. There's just the café/restaurant next door and nothing else nearby, and no shops.

Underground parking for bikes and reception was nice.
Staff were rude in the restaurant, air con didn’t work, even after staff had got it running, still blew out cold air. Had an argument with one member of staff in the bar connected to hotel. Very rude.
