Great relatively quiet yet walkable location, amenities staff, spa and pool facilities and breakfast
Glass bathroom door and wall (with scant curtain). Glass doors to bed “room”; expensive minibar beckons ; outlandish decor is somewhat overwhelming, but that’s probably just my close minded evaluation.

The hotel is in a great location. The rooms are very tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. Comfortable bed, good shower. We will definitely use again next time we visit San Sebastián.

Clean, good facilities
The bedroom design was not good. Poor design and not practical. No wardrobe space, not a lot of surface area to store things, especially in the bathroom. My wife’s long dresses had to hang over the cupboards underneath. Bed positioning didn’t suit us as we felt it was in the middle of the room. Not helped by the glass screen behind the bed. The shelf and glass screen behind pillows meant we were unable to sit up in bed. The room cleaning was ill timed and after a long day we needed a sleep so we put a “Do not disturb” sign on the door however despite this we were disturbed by the cleaner at 5pm by the cleaner!! So we didn’t get our room cleaned even with us being out all day and cleaning our room at 5pm was bad enough but even more so with a do not disturb sign on the door!! Also the next day we left a “please clean our room” sign on the door at 9am after it wasn’t cleaned the day before and when we returned later at 4pm our room was only just getting cleaned meaning we had to go up to the pool area until it had been done.
