Clean and smells fresh. Fairly quiet. Not much road noise at all. Close to Zurriola beach but 15 to 20 mins walk to La Concha. Near to Gros which is great if not wanting to go to the main town. Main town is maybe 15 min walk. Comfortable beds.
Basic cheap furniture. Balcony furniture is very uncomfortable to sit at for any length of time. Needs cushions at least.

Its a modern, well equipped apartment in a pleasant area about 20 minutes walk from the centre of San Sebastian. Very convenient for bus routes and supermarket. Also an easy walk to the local beach. San Sebastian is a lovely city to visit and this was a good base for a 5 day stay.
It was a little bit expensive in my opinion, but maybe that is the going rate for a nice place San Sebastian.

OK location about 20 mins walk from the centre of San Sebastian.
We booked an apartment with a balcony and were given a ground floor room which is not a balcony, this is a terrace. Disappointed. The reception desk has very limited hours so we were unable to discuss the issue when we stayed.
