Great location ! Close walk to some touristic areas, but the street itself is not so crowded even at peak season ! Absolutely loved that it wasn’t far from the Piazzale Roma too. Also the bedding was clean and just perfect, and the staff very very helpful.
SO noisy. Of course it’s an old building and it’s a good value for money so you can expect thin walls and a lot of people around (earplugs are a must). The curtains were not occulting and the bathroom was old, I personally did not mind. No strange smell or anything.

The room was cozy and has plenty of extra amenities such as a tv, heating, a balcony, a towel warmer, a stool for the bathroom. There was plenty of space for a solo traveler and the ambiance was exactly what I wanted from a trip to Venice. Incredibly happy with my stay and will recommend to others.
The walls are a bit thin and my neighbors were a bit loud.

Gute Lage, nettes Personal
Bett alt und schief, Zustellbett mussten wir reparieren. Kein Wasserkocher und nur eine große Tasse. Wohnung roch feucht und muffig.
