Superb location and the staff was great. The room was big and spacious with plenty of storage space. The view from the balcony towards the mountains was lovely. Great and varied breakfast and dinner. The pool, jacuzzi and the sauna were great too, though the water in the pool and jacuzzi could be a little warmer. We have rented a car, but if you don't have a car, you pretty much depend on the bus to go anywhere, including Ortisei which is the nearest town.

I would have liked to have a kettle in the room, but it’s really just an optional extra.

The properly is beautifully located overlooking the mountains. It’s very tranquil. We got an upgrade to a family room which was very spacious and comfortable. Great to have a pool and sun terrace after a day of hiking.
The rooms are comfortable but can use an upgrade or refurbishment. The window in the door of the bathroom was covered with black paper. No idea what was behind it…. Breakfast can have a bit more variation. Breads, meats and cheeses for example, it’s the same every day.

The room was big and had a great balcony viewing the valley of Ortisei.
The outside pool had a great view and the sauna was also good.
The room had no kettle, coffee, glasses or any shampoo. The towels weren’t replaced at all so we were ask for it.
