The fact it was so old and there was a lot of history.
We had to check out early and didn’t get a chance to report that the bathroom sink plug did not hold the water in the sink

Nice little pub, friendly staff, and good accommodation. My room was spacious with an excellent shower. Breakfast was very good with a huge list of items to choose from.
I would definitely stay there again.
If I was to nit pick, the bed was a bit too soft for my personal taste.
The only other minor negative was the loud music from the band. However it is a pub, and they have live music. It did go on too long, so just an observation really.
It would not stop me staying there again.

Totally loved the new accommodation in the separate block, I want to book again very soon, breakfast and staff were absolutely superb
