Beautiful and idyllic setting, close to the motorway in a lovely old inn
Very friendly and welcoming staff - in all areas
Extremely dog friendly, with a lovely safe dog paddock for my two dogs to run mad.
Great menu choice for food both in the evening and for breakfast

Location, garden and grounds were beautiful. Staff friendly and were very customer aware. we had an outside seating area at our room which was a nice touch, sun was shining, so we made use of this. All of this made our stay, celebrating our sister's birthday very enjoyable
We had the family room, had all we needed, was clean but dated.

Room smelt of dogs !
No bedside plug socket for my CPAP machine . Had to scrub the inside of kettle as lots of scum at the bottom . Shower constantly dripped . Furniture very stained . Was not explained what each of the 3 keys were for on keyring . Doors very difficult to open and lock . Patio furniture needed a clean very dirty and covered in birds poo .
