The door code and key box check in works well, location is superb, room was comfortable (annex). I especially liked having the whole garden to myself for an afternoon! There are no staff around at all, apart from at breakfast, but I enjoyed the peace
If you leave your key in your room or forget the door code, finding help would be difficult
