The stay was ok. We were well located for Lynton and Valley of the Rocks. We should have booked directly I guess as we paid the top rate but didn’t get a balcony, I think it would has been cheaper direct. The breakfast could have been a little bigger, like two sausage rathe than one.
Not much to dislike.

Lovely property that has been updated really well whilst keeping all of the original charm and features
I know it’s subjective but… The bed was very soft for me and didn’t sleep very well. Some would like it I guess.

Friendly helpful host. Beautiful location with great view from our room. Breakfast was excellent (lots of choices). Parking not a problem, which is very good for Lynton. Clean well equipped room with free WiFi. Bed was very comfortable.

Nice and clean room, lovely place. Good location.
Staff was not that friendly. Breakfast was very average for the price. Tea tasted like dust. However, it is England, so food and service are not the worst compared to other places.
