About this apartment rental
The property has undergone a 100K+ total renovation and has just become available again for rent. Everything in the condo is brand new from the sheets to the furnishings.
Private and quiet condominium (feels like a single-family residence). If quiet is what you seek; you've found it.

Brand new window coverings throughout. with new paint, flooring, appliances and furniture. Charming mid-century modern condo designed by highly acclaimed Palm Springs architect, Donald Wexler. A popular community, Sagewood, offers lush park-like grounds and spacious, enclosed private patios. (Sagewood is among the properties on the Modernism Week Tour.) The condo is just steps away from one of three community pools, jacuzzis, tennis courts and only minutes from downtown. Decorator colors and custom window coverings add distinctive upscale touches. The beautiful, lush south-facing patio is perfect for entertaining or relaxing.
The master has its own full bath and the bedroom sliding glass door opens to a large, private teak patio. The open floor plan creates a sense of space and flow. Two bedrooms have new queen-sized beds and the den has a double bed pull-out futon. Television in the master bedroom, the den and living room with full cable, Internet and landline for country-wide calls. Two televisions have DVR boxes for recording.
Unfortunately, I am not able to consider rentals for less than 28 days according to the rules and regulations of the Homeowner's Association.

This property has lovely landscaping, privacy, and a very homey feel! Grounds are immaculate and beautiful. People are friendly; it's very quiet. Chuck is a great landlord; he's attentive to detail, quick to respond to communication, and is very proactive in the care and maintenance of his condo.

Great location, great condo complex, very clean, and great host/owner. The condo was recently renovated, all great appliances in the kitchen. The host/owner of the complex is extremely friendly, and fast at responding to any issues/concerns. Highly recommend.
