The listing is not accurate relative to the property. There are railroad tracks and a highway. The room was booked with an ocean view but my view was a wall and alleyway. No one responded when I asked why the room was not what I booked. Receptionist had no clue as to why. Found out I could call the resort and book directly and didn’t need a 3rd party The room was ok. Bathroom was outdated and needed some TLC. Received a minimal dollar credit for my troubles which was nice. I would have rather had the room I asked for and not need the credit. Not planning a return visit

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property. It is centrally located without being crowded. During this time I had concerns regarding cleanliness, but my uneasiness was quickly and completely put at rest. The property is immaculate. The staff were helpful and friendly. As I said, we are checking our calendars for a return trip.

The elevator was out the entire trip we were on the second floor. The beach across the road is a hike to the pedestrian bridge and the beach is all rocks you have to walk quite a ways to get to sand. Was told by the property that all the amenities were open including the gym the hot pools family center the only thing that was open was the pool hot tub’s were closed no family center. was supposed to have a whirlpool tub in the master bathroom did not have. Asked to have trash and soil towels picked up while we were gone. Was told to place the towels in a garbage bag and put them out in the hall and to take our trash out and place it out in the hall. Placed all my trash cans and out in the hall came back several hours later trash cans were still there trash bags have been removed but no trash bags had been replaced. Overall biggest complaint would be the elevator being out. I have severe Achilles tendinitis in after going up and down stairs several times a day for a week I am in severe pain. Would like to have resort fee refunded as the only amenity available at the resort was a swimming pool.
