The hotel is clean, air conditioning works well, staff answered all our questions. It is well situated between the train station and bus station for travelers carrying their luggage. Quiet. There is also a nice laundromat, luggage storage, restaurant and ATM just around the corner.
The only drawback is that the small outside terrace we saw doesn’t seem accessible to guests.

The location of this hotel was spectacular. Truly all about, location, location, location. It’s extremely close to the grand Canal and only about a five minute walk from the train station which made arriving and leaving Venice with luggage so easy. Tip: if you can’t manage your heavy luggage across the bridge, there are porters that will haul your luggage over the bridge for €10.
The room itself is a little dated, but the air conditioning ran wonderfully cold, the breakfast each morning was plentiful, and the staff were consistently kind, welcoming, and helpful. Since Venice is a city where you walk everywhere, staying somewhere so convenient made the trip enjoyable. I would absolutely stay here again for the unbeatable location, air conditioning, and hospitality.

We stayed a couple of months ago and loved it, it was a really good base for our weekend in Venice. Staff were lovely and helpful.
