The hotel just reopened after a renovation. We had problems with the TV, had to change rooms, the water/ice stations were not operational, the upper deck bar area was not opened and our room was not entirely cleaned two nights. The staff needs to sharpen up. The property and location are perfect, they just need to get things in order.

So walkable to literally everywhere you wanna go. Amazing staff and the property is gorgeous after this renovation job in 2026. Will def come back. Very toddler friendly.

The location is perfect in Newport its walkable & the staff is elite tier they are so hopeful & was willing to answer so many of my ridiculous questions. The coffee shop tuckshop made an amazing morning cappuccino & breakfast was really good. Will be back in the future for longer stays
