What a charming property. Small, well located, parking and breakfast! The room was clean updated with a well appointed bath. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were like silk. Breakfast was convenient and had a variety of items individually portioned. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, an excellent place to stay in Newport!

Breakfast was good and fresh each morning. Nice touch for sure. Area is extremely walkable with restaurants nearby. The bed was really comfortable.
Shower in the Lark Suite is tricky to figure out but a lot of water pressure. While we were there the hot water in the shower did not work very well. We let them know and hopefully it is fixed by now.

Beautiful updated hotel in perfect location!! Near downtown and historic district
Staff was so nice and helpful
The beds were so comfortable we didn’t want to wake up. The sheets were perfectly crisp and pillows so comfortable!
The breakfast seemed homemade and delicious! Several gluten free options
We really enjoyed the room upgrade. Very spacious! Would definitely stay again
