I've stayed here two or three times before and loved this hotel, but this time was a bit of a disappointment. My first room had a broken air conditioner, and smelled a bit of mildew. They very nicely changed me to a room with a working air conditioner and no odor, but the new room had a mattress that was ready to be replaced, though comfortable enough. One hot tub was being repaired, but the working one was great. I'm writing this with the hope that management will make this hotel great again. (My son stayed in a separate room and had no complaints at all.)

Stayed here for 1 night due to having a doctor appointment the next morning. Come to Palm Springs every 3 months for this purpose and have tried different properties. Of course, since I am so close and not interested in a long stay, I look for very affordable hotels that are decent (I do have standards). This was by far, the cleanest and most centrally located that I have been to. The place is small but cute and has two pools. Staff was nice and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again and make this my go-to if at all possible. Parking is somewhat limited but sufficient.
