What a lovely stay and hotel.
My wife and I had a great weekend stay - the hotel was as good as we hoped and no doubt we would stay here again.
Great location; great room and culture; very nice staff; great value for cost.

This was a beautiful Santa Fe hotel and reports to be the only Native American owned hotel in town. It was beautifully designed and very relaxing - our room had an easy to operate gas kiva which made the room with its furnishing feel so cosy. We were in the annexe and loved the complimentary breakfast and happy hour with great eats. We could order off main menu too which was again fabulous food. We didn’t get to experience spa/pool but they looked lovely. We’d definitely go back!

Beautiful hotel with amazing service. Loved the cookies and chocolates delivered to our room. Breakfast for lovely. Only negative is that we weren't told about the evening happy hour so we missed out on that.

We loved our stay at the Hacienda and Spa. The staff is wonderful, the rooms are well appointed and the property is lovely and in a nice, walkable area. I especially enjoyed the spa and sunrise yoga.

Everything about this property was wonderful. The architecture, rooms, furniture, art collection, evoked Santa Fe. Staff was personable and professional. The Hacienda and Spa were well-maintained and thoroughly enjoyable. A very relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast and evening "happy hour" had a nice selection of items to eat and drink. Having bottles of water for guests to take on their way out to visit Santa Fe was a nice touch.

We stayed in the Hacienda. I loved the free breakfast on the rooftop. Used the jacuzzi and pool. Lovely. A big plus is Hacienda clients have access to free shuttle service. Housekeeping was awesome. The fresh cookies and butlers are a great plus.

Staff were amazing - Jose / Rick others were incredibly great. Property and atmosphere were excellent, but our room was very average. Overall though, we would stay here again.

A great stay! Best shower ever. Loved Rick the shuttle driver. The complimentary breakfast and happy hour were a great place to chat with fellow travelers.

It was perfect for a get away weekend - the staff was fantastic and we loved the idea of just parking the car and utilise the Hotels transportation to the different shops and restaurants.

We had a very nice stay here. The property could use a bit of updating, but it is very clean and service was terrific. Ask for an upstairs room. We were on the ground floor and our window looked out on trash. We very much enjoyed the collection of Native American art throughout the hotel.

On the last full day of my stay a construction worker working on the hotel entered my room THROUGH THE 2nd FLOOR BALCONY, walked across the room and exited to the hallway. The extent of his explanation was that he’s “working over there”. I let the front desk know. Got a call back and the manager who apologized, stated that was unacceptable, and offered to make it up to me with a free dinner or “something from the bar”.
The following morning at about 8:30 am as I was preparing to leave, the SAME construction worker, ignored the DO NOT DISTURB sign hanging on the doorknob of my room and banged on the door until I opened it. He said he needed to clean the balcony because construction had left a “mess” there. More conversation with the front desk, more apologies and I’ve supposedly had the last night of my stay comped. Although the emailed invoice I’m suppose to receive hasn’t arrived.

The only Native American hotel in Santa Fe. All the employees were genuinely nice and helpful. The Hacienda building is filled with amazing Native art. The pool was super refreshing as the temps were quite high during our stay. Enjoyed the included happy hour and breakfast. Located in the buzzy Railyard part of town and walkable to the Plaza.

Our stay at the Hacienda was wonderful. Perfect for a couple traveling and enjoying Santa Fe. The location is central and having the shuttle service available makes enjoying the galleries, shops, and restaurants easy. The butler service was the perfect way to make our stay special. The breakfast and happy hour were wonderful ways to add value and comfort to our trip. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful.

This is my fourth stay at the Hacienda. The native-owned property is full of beautiful art, the accommodations are wonderful and the service is superb.

Enjoyed our 2 day / night stay. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Continental Breakfast provided, also just right. Believe it was better than the breakfast in the restaurant. Shuttle service around the area was pretty good. Staff was very accommodating. Lastly, Gym was small, but I was able to do all that I wanted with the weights, stretching and treadmills.

This was my third visit and the Hacienda continues to excel. Great, friendly, competent staff. Bfast and happy hours generous and tasty. Many nice areas to sit and visit and it's always a pleasure to view the art works throughout the property. Excellent location, too. 5 min drive to plaza, but so much more serene being near the depot. Look forward to returning.

Excellent relaxing stay in our hacienda room. Enjoyed the continental breakfast each day before our ski outings. The happy hour in the afternoon was extremely peaceful, maybe not allowing kids to run around so much in the area where the fireplace is.

The Hacienda staff is outstanding; we got to know them on a first name basis and they were always extremely friendly and helpful.
The continental breakfast is wonderful, relaxing and convenient in a small dining room with great views of the Railyard and Sangre de Cristo mountains.
The hotel's hot tub is a great way to warm up, even in the middle of winter!

Great experience at the Hacienda. Highly recommend. Staff is phenomenal, rooms are spacious, beds are very comfortable, lounge is amazing, area is lovely. Appreciated the location not being in the crazy, glorious plaza yet just a quick walk or free hotel shuttle away.

The room and resort was very nice. However the Thanksgiving meal was terrible!! Way over priced for a spoonful of gravy, stuffing and mashed potatoes. Turkey was ok. And what was with a tsp of whip cream for the pumpkin pie. The Thanksgiving meal is what we came for. We drove 5 hours to get to the resort. A few years back we stopped overnight and had the best Thanksgiving spread we have had. What happened???? We won’t be back!!!

This was the nicest resort/hotel I have been to that encompassed everything, quiet, clean, staff at your fingertips, shuttle, happy hour and the complementary breakfast. I will be going back to this hotel when I visit Santa Fe.

Everything was great except that the hot tub was not hot enough. It was only 90 something degrees when it should have been over 100.
