Bugs in the bed and the wall. Black mold or mildew in the bathroom. Checked out of the room within 10 of walking in. Went to another hotel. Still trying to get my money back.

The main floor smelled like marijuana and the 2nd floor smelled like cigarettes. Both of our keys did not work upon returning to the hotel after we had worked a concert so we had to walk all the way around the hotel to the front office since we took an Uber and they dropped us off at our entrance to our room

There were holes in the walls. Holes in the door like someone kicked the door. Kids were running all up and down halls so my 4 year old was up ALL night long. We tried calling the frint desk but they said oh well deal with it and hung up on me. I understand kids are kids. I have 5 myself. But at 3 am you shouldnt be having your kids play tag in the hallway when others are trying to sleep.

As a woman traveling alone, I did not like the security or lack there of. Parking lot was dark and scary. Door going into hotel was ajar. There were strange men smoking just outside the entrance. My room was great, clean, and comfortable, but the hotel needs updates and safety additions.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! They have BEDBUGS‼️‼️‼️ My family and I booked two rooms for the weekend so we could celebrate my daughter’s birthday and it turned into the most uncomfortable and grossest trip. Day one my husband woke up with bites all over and we assumed it was a spider because no one else was bitten. But we were all strangely itchy tho! Day two I woke up itchy and as soon as I sat up, I saw a big crawling all over my pillow. I immediately recorded it and confirmed that it was indeed a bedbug! I now have bites all over my face! It’s disgusting and unacceptable that they’re not checking and/or properly cleaning these rooms!

The halls really smelled of pot and they tried covering it up with Fabuloso and it didn't work. Many of the reviews are right, the rooms are not very clean. The only thing that really bothered me was the floor being as dirty as it was. I was seriously considering going to Walmart and buying a mop and bucket and clean it myself but we were only there for two days. The beds were clean at least. It was weird because you could tell the rooms were recently renovated, you would think they would want to keep them clean. The waterpark was nice. It was surprising how large it is because the pictures dont really show all that is available in the waterpark. We were there for my daughter's birthday and she really did enjoy the waterpark. This hotel could be great if they just kept it clean. Thats so frustrating!

The hotel smelled like marijuana, and was unclean. There was a dirty coffee cup in the room and opened soaps. The halls were covered in salt from the outdoors, and the waterpark was dirty. I would not recommend. When we spoke to the hotel staff on check in, the rooms were not ready. We voiced complaints on checkout and were blown off. It’s cheap for a reason.

Our stay was very enjoyable. The room was clean, presentable, modern and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised to be given a suite, at no additional cost. Included with our stay, was a nice WaterPark in the hotel, that was maintained very well. However, was difficult to find (not enough signage to lead the way). The Water Park area & water was very clean & a nice temperature. Seating was comfortable & plentiful. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay!

This is a lower cost hotel and I didn’t expect much. I purposely chose it for price. The room was nice and clean. Staff was helpful. It was after summer so we could not go use the outdoor area only because of cold weather. Not an issue with the maintenance or staff. Slightly disappointed that the indoor pool hours were very limited and the hot tub was closed but no major issues. Don’t book a hotel with this pricing and expect to walk into the Bellagio. It was nice.

The hallways were not clean, it smelled like smoke in the halls and room, the towel holder and toilet paper holder were both falling out of the wall in the room, there were holes in the walls in the entries, one entrance was not accessible closest to our room, there isn’t really a pool for swimming and the kiddie pool needs a ton of updating it looks very slimy and old and rusty - haven’t been here in about 7 years and you can definitely tell nothing has been updated , can’t even use the balcony attached to the room. Would not stay here again.

We checked in and they put us in an uncleaned room. Went back to the front desk. They gave us a different room. Went to that room and it was uncleaned as well: trash in the room, beds not made, construction dust all over the floor, etc. I went back to the front desk a 3rd time and she informed me they did not have any other rooms they could put us in. I asked if housekeeping could clean a room while we waited. She said there was no housekeeping on site and she didn’t know when they were coming back. I asked her to refund my money and we would stay in a room my sister had booked. She said she was unable to refund me and that I would have to call expedia. Didn’t seem apologetic or in the tiny bit sorry. Finally maintenance found us a clean room to stay in. Would not book here again. Not very clean. The hallways needed vacuumed badly. The kids had fun in the waterpark even if the lifeguards were sitting in the chair half asleep the whole time. Overall not a good stay. Would not recommend!

Received bed bug bites, and the staff/ manager did nothing to investigate my concerns or remedy the situation. I will never stay here again and never recommend this property to anyone I care about. I also have contacted the public health department.

The hot tub was barely warm. I take warmer baths. The water in the kiddy water park, lazy river and water slides was so cold no one could enjoy. They had tables in pool area and didn’t allow any drinks or food in area but the so called food area was closed. The bed was comfortable and room was clean. I know they are doing a lot of renovations but this is the second time we’ve stayed and the water pool area was freezing. We even asked if they fixed the heater before booking and they said yes.

The room was gross. Crumbs and garbage in the corner. Carpet was disgusting and flooring was sticky. Tables were smudged and sticky. Cabinet handles were sticky. Door trims had food or snot smeared on them. Light switches were gross. I felt dirty just staying there. Just disgusting.

Quiet and comfortable. Bed was a little uncomfortable, not attached to the wall, moved a lot. Room seemed to be in the middle of being remodled, seemed nice. Staff was very friendly and the rest of the hotel was very clean. The pool was not available the evening I was there. Overall, a fine stay for the price.

A very good value to stay for the night. We didn’t pick this place because we wanted to go swimming or enjoy a soak in a hot tub. We stayed here because of the location and super low price. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Didn’t smell like other value hotels I have stayed at. Bed was comfortable. Location is close to many other things in the Dells. Best thing was that there wasn’t any “resort” fees like most of the other properties around the dells…Really enjoyed the experience.

At check-in I was informed the pool was closed! Why we went. Our room had no mini frig. At 730am there was 10 construction workers literally working on our unit and the ones around. Nails and screws in parking lot.

The building is a bit run down. Room could have used some minor repairs and would have been wonderful. Unfortunately there were people knocking on doors and making noise in the hallways late at night.

The lobby doors did not lock so anyone could just walk in anytime. People running in an out being loud slamming doors and screaming up an down the hallways . People standing out side at 1:30 in morning being extra loud

I booked through Expedia and wasn’t notified that the one of the indoor pools was closed and that they closed the other pool on Sunday. Also the hot tub was closed too.

The room we stayed in was not clean. We also had a sofa bed for two adults and 1 child. We had to ask for blankets from the desk. They were not in the room. The microwave had old pizza in it. That smelled really bad. The hot tub was not open.

There is a strange smell in the room and there was a candy bar wrapper stuck to the wall. Also, the hot tub in the water park doesn’t work. But you can’t beat the price and the room itself is nice. There is a nice big king bed and two TVs and a little kitchen.

I originally booked a room with a balcony just to get there to tell me they didn’t have one available even though the whole place was empty. The entire place is rundown and not taken care of. The hallways are dirty, rooms had holes in the walls and scuff marks everywhere. There was garbage left in a few of the drawers in my room. The whole neighborhood is run down motels and sketchy ppl hanging outside in the parking lot. I’ll never book a room here again.
