Immaculately clean, extremely cozy. The balcony overlooked the tranquil backside of the building, which held its own charm. A power line traced the void between the buildings, with a squirrel the size of a cat playfully navigating its course. Strolls along the street were delightful, and numerous options for quick food or grabbing items from the Metro awaited, perfect for enjoying in the impeccably appointed kitchen in your room.

This hotel sits in an unassuming block and you wouldn't guess from the outside that the inside is wonderful in many ways: generous size of the room, cleanliness, modern decor, big windows bringing in lots of light, quiet, even on the second floor, looking out at the street, available off-street parking, and a fun flower and vegetable market up the street, and a super restaurant a block away....

NO USE OF TV WITH THERE'S WIFI BUT TV CANT BE USED; COFFEE MAKER IS NOT IN GOOD WORKING CONDITION I USED TO WAIT LONGER AS WHAT IS REQUIRED OF 3 MIN.
BUT I WAS ACCOMMODATED WITH FREE EXTENSION 2 HRS STAY- JULIA THE STAFF IS HELPFUL

It was convenient, we have a big vehicle and parking was an issue. The underground could not accommodate over 6ft truck. The receptionish did the best they could to assist, however, we felt worried that our vehicle maybe towed. Some arrangements should have been made for us.

While the renovated rooms looked good, they were still doing very loud renovations in the rest of the hotel and this is not posted on their site, nor was it mentioned when we checked in. The reception staff were rude and reactive when we said this wasn’t acceptable. We left and got a refund through Expedia.

Under construction so noisy at times but I see the rooms have been newly renovated . Parking is terrible but was able to manage it. Great staff and would recommend it

Great location close to all conveniences - subway, grocery store, café, restaurants, and Université de Montréal. The room was beautiful with a balcony and a kitchenette! Bathroom very modern. I would stay here again.

Cleanliness was absolutely top-notch! Finishes in my room were modern and worked really well. All the staff were great to deal with (at all hours of the day and night) and were good-humoured dealing with my lack of fluency in French. I'll definitely be staying there when I go back to Montreal.

This was the perfect stay. The customer service, cleanliness, spacious suite and convenient location were unsurpassed. My wife and I would definitely stay at this property on our next visit to Montreal. I highly recommend that you do the same. You will not be disappointed!

Our expectations were surpassed as soon as we walked through the door. Impeccably clean. Smelled amazing, and very tastefully decorated for the season. Any additional requests were quickly fulfilled and the staff were very polite and helpful. We have stayed at a lot of higher end hotels and this one is our favorite above them all. We felt at home and wished it wasn't as short of a stay! We will be back during the summer months.

Very comfortable and spacious. The kitchenette was very appreciated during our stay. The hotel is surrounded by bakeries and a variety of stores, so getting supplies was a breeze. There are also many restaurants in the vicinity. I would not hesitate to return.

We had reserved a suite because I was in Montreal for medical tests and needed to be indoors for 24 hours before the procedure. It was comfortable and quiet, a walking distance from the clinic. Will definitely stay there again when we are in Montreal for a holiday!

My experience at Hotel Terrasse Royale was great. A great reception upon arrival. Even though it rained the whole weekend, the hotel is located centrally to restaurants, and stores, so that I could run between the raindrops, and get what I wanted.

This hotel was spacious, included a kitchen, living room and separate bedroom. Balcony with a view of the St Joseph Oratory. The staff was so kind and helpful. I will definitely return to this hotel when I make my return to Montreal
