Very friendly staff. Parking is very limited

Not enough parking, came back from an evening out and could not find parking, had to park in the other lot…

Wxcellent hotel and restaurant

We went to Montreal to celebrate new year with family, and this turned out to be the worst stay in Hilton hotels in my entire life. First, this hotel staff made us waiting till 5:30 pm to provide a room. We were told that they would waive the parking fees for the stay to compensate the discomfort. While checking out the front desk lady confirmed that it has been taken care off. However, I could see the charges on my bill and credit card statement. I tried to resolve it over phone and email but nobody was helpful. So I had to dispute the charges through the credit card company. In our second day, this hotel staff removed all the towels from our room the and didn't provide any fresh towels. When we asked for it after returning to our room, they made us call them several times and made us wait until night , and delivered a couple of towels which were not sufficient for a family of 4. I heard the towel shortage problem from many other guests during our stay. Terrible housekeeping service and front desk was not at all helpful. I'll not recommend this hotel at all

Wonderful place to stay close to the subway and restaurants. Clean property with cheerful staff and beautiful rooms. Area in behind the motel is a bit sketchy but honestly we didn’t have issues. Hotel itself felt safe. Starbucks, bakery and a small grocery store within a 2 minute walk. I would definitely stay again.

The hotel itself is amazing. The rooms are spacious and very clean, the entire hotel is very clean. I used the gym everyday. The only reason why I can't give this hotel is five stars is the location. It is not in the best of neighborhoods and there is not much by it to do.

Asked for the shampoo several times, no refills. No slippers. Overall, ok. Still a room for improvements.

Stupid bathroom doors. They don’t lock properly and because they are sliding doors, there’s always a gap between the door and the wall. The showers are seperate from the pool. You have to take shower and walk, then enter the pool.

This place is a nightmare, The staff including management dont give AF about customers. Check in is 3pm, after traveling from another county i check in nope.. Rooms are not ready they asked me to wait a hr and half then told me i would have to pay to park my car while i waited. Then once checked in housekeeping came to clean my room at 645pm the first night then 7pm the following night and that makes sense why none of the rooms are ready for check in at 3pm this place is a absolute disaster. To check in there where two employees and 25 people on line with screaming babys. Do yourself a favor and stay at any hotel near by ANY hotel.

Very clean property, the room are nice too! Shopping plaza around the hotel, easy to shop and lots of restaurants. Also not far to get to downtown. The most we like is they have EV charging for free! Very convenient and nice hotel.

On the second day, they didn't clean the room, no towels in the bathroom, no soap and poor cleaning.

The hotel is really nice. Super clean. About a 6 min walk to the metro, so really convenient. Staff are very courteous. Ample parking space available.

We had a suite with a broken bathroom sink. We left the room for the day and when we came back, we found the room wasn't cleaned. Were told that we should've requested room service, if needed. But this wasn't told to us initially. It was late at night and the tiny garbage cans were full and there was no clean towels. Not recommended!

Loved everything about this property. Just wish the lobby would have free coffee, instead of paying nearly $4 for it, out of a machine.

Staff was awesome. Room was clean. Pool was nice for the kids. The hot water ran well and the body soap smelled amazing!

This hotel seems new. Everything looked and smelled new. Room was clean and had all the amenities.

I did t like that parking was not included in the price. And the coffee maker in the room did not wirk

The only thing I didn’t like was that the music in the restaurant was way too loud.
