The staff were very helpful. Shuttle bus excellent not only for flight needs but also to connect with buses from airport to go sight seeing. As our flight wasn't till late the hotel kept our luggage safe while we went off sight seeing using the shuttle bus for all connections
No other shops or restaurants within walking distance. Small pool not suitable for fitness swimming and in open area with no changing facilities.

The room was clean and well kept.
Really good house keeping.
Beds were very comfortable
Beautiful Atrium.
Beautiful lobby and lots or seating areas between the atrium and lobby
Location was not easily accessible to eateries. A lot of construction and detours in that area.
The hallways in the hotel are not clean on a regular basis. I passed same uncleared areas each day

I liked the location, it’s close to Montreal city area. The staff were helpful.
There was no room cleaning service, the shower and the toilet were in the same room and then the sink was located in the room itself.
The pool wasn’t really useable… it felt like a display instead of an actual useable pool and the facility was a little dated and old
