The place is new, thus, clean. The staff at the coffee shop/resto were very good - efficient, respectful, helpful. The reception staff were accommodating. There was enough space at the parking lot. The food was good - flavourful, and reasonably prized.

This looks like a fairly new hotel.
I was very disappointed with the housekeeping service. I intentionally left the bedsheets on the floor to indicate that I wanted them changed. Instead of replacing them, housekeeping simply put the same bedsheets back on the bed. This was very unhygienic and not what I would expect from a Hilton hotel
