The room was exceptionally clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was great to have a washer and dryer so you can go home with clean clothes. All kitchen appliances that you might need were there. The location is within walking distance of the Eatons Centre and the train station. Also within walking distance of Toronto General which was the main purpose of our trip.

This property was discribed properly, very easy instructions from check in to checkout. I will stay here on my next visit to Toronto as all amenities are near and you are in the heart of DT This suit was spacious much better than a hotel in my opinion

I loved my stay at Canada suites. we were here for 6 days, It is located close to everything you may need in downtown Toronto - groceries, hospitals, schools, restaurants, parks etc. Clean apartment with fully equipped kitchen. Though this is an unmanned property, no one is gonna help with your luggage but for everything else you may need, there is a communication channel. All my requests/enquiries were promptly attended to. our convenient suites with fully equipped kitchens a short walk away from the nearby hospitals

Truly speaking the building and the reception was perfect. However, wish there could be someone as caretaker in the reception incase one encounters challenge with self check in she or he may assist.

We booked this stay for one of our staff members and she was very happy with the suite. She was pregnant and asked for there to be no chemicals or smells which the property accommodated. There was even a nice chocolate present waiting upon her arrival. Thank you for taking care of our staff.

I don’t think I would have described my suite as “presidential” but it was clean and well furnished 2-bedroom apartment. The staff while not on location were very easy to communicate with and very accommodating with any requests or questions. The pool area and other amenities are in very good condition and exceptionally clean. This was a nice option to have a quiet room in downtown Toronto.

Do not recommend. We rented a one bedroom with sofa bed, but the sofa bed didn't have a mattress, so we upgraded to a 2 bedroom. Host is not accommodating, and the place was not very nice. Do not stay here.

Canada Suites on Bay left me high and dry by canceling my reservation the day before arrival leaving me to scramble and pay higher elsewhere further away from the area. I've had great experiences in the past otherwise.

The property is located near many coffee shops, restaurants, markets, and bustling city life. We were able to walk to most of the places we wanted to visit. Communication was excellent. Bed was super comfy and it was so convenient to have the kitchen for food and balcony to enjoy coffee and views of the city. Added bonus of the gym, pool, and jacuzzi (which were well maintained and enhanced our experience). We enjoyed our stay very much!

We had a great time staying at Canada Suites. The location is great. It's about 10 min walk from U of Toronto and 15-20 min walk from Chinatown. Even CN tower is about 30 min walk. There are more dining options than we have time to explore. The neighborhood feels safe. We feel comfortable walking outside in the night. The apartment itself is spacious, clean and well maintained. It's a great option for family traveling to downtown Toronto. Highly recommended.

This is an excellent option for anyone who is staying in the area for an extended period of time. It is very close proximity to the Hospital and Clinics, there is a Farm Boy across the street, various places to get some delicious take-out. Communication with the property manager was extremely easy, and we were well taken care of. I would highly recommend staying here. (as a light sleeper), the bed was extremely comfortable, and the area was generally quiet.

The property is great for two couples or a family. It is centrally located in downtown Toronto with easy access too many sites. I found that the carpet in the hallway to be dirty, and could use a hull over. Michael the manager was always available and very friendly.

Clean property to live in and reasonable price. Only issue is they charge you hefty amount if you have to leave the luggage for some time at check out, so it is cheaper to rent for another day or carry the luggage with you.

Canada Suites on Bay was perfect for 2-week quarantine. It was spacious and fully stocked with cleaning supplies, so we could easily remain undisturbed throughout the duration.

The property is a short walking distance from Ryerson University, the Eaton center, and the University of Toronto. The apartment was a bit dated but everything was in excellent condition. A basket of breakfast foods was provided in the apartment was very well equipped with everything that you would need for living and cooking. We travel to turn on to it once or twice a year and will definitely be staying here again.

Very nice suite. Everything you expect from a good hotel in terms of furniture and appliances, cleanliness, etc. Security guard instead of concierge was not a pleasant experience for me. I felt they were somewhat unwilling to make guests feel accommodated like a concierge would. Also the area around the elevators on the floor I was staying was gross and had stains all over, and same with the protective coverings left inside the elevators for several days.

I have stayed at Canada Suites for business now several times. It is always consistent, clean and well managed. It is close to shopping and very convenient to just about everything. Only one issue...the spa is almost never working. It was once several years ago. Otherwise very good.

The one bed apartment with balcony was a good price for central location. Lots of amenities nearby, close to transport links. Generally well kept & fitted out, though personally we found the bed far too hard. We arrived late but the keys had been left with relevant info at the security desk and the lights left on in the apartment which was a nice touch. Useful to have a washer & dryer in the apartment and washing power was kindly provided. Overall would recommend.

For what ever reason the condo was super hot and we could not adjust the temperature however the condo was well maintained and in an excellent location. The hallway rugs need a good shampoo as well. Staff at the front desk were friendly and checkin was easy.

Stayed four nights with our family of 5. Thought the two bedroom with two pull outs would accommodate our sleeping needs. However, we had to improvise with the bedding configurations as both pull outs were unusable due to space and condition. We ended up having to take the pull out mattresses out and combine them into one and put them on the floor. This left the couches pretty unusable as they caved in if you sat on them. We made due, but it was a surprise. The pool and work out room were both nice. However, the hot tub which was marked as temporarily out of service actually hasn't been working "for years" according to the front desk. Can't believe the building tenants aren't putting up a fuss about that. A functioning hot tub would have been nice. Only two burners on the oven worked and the kitchen while it had just enough cups, plates for our 5, having a little extra would have been nice and cut down on our running the dishwasher. Overall loved location close to subway and grocery. Main bedrooms were cosy with little fireplaces.

Our experience here was great. We were checked in quickly & was asked if we needed any directions or assistance. The apartment was clean, had great views & walking distance to public transport & many sights & shops in the area. Would definitely recommend & stay here again.
