First of all, the staff... They were amazing! At reception: María—"the prettiest girl in the whole complex"—Miguel, Kevin, and Tuval... Thank you all for your excellent customer service!
In the restaurant, Valme and the waitstaff were very friendly and attentive to our needs. The entertainment team was great fun; they had us laughing and dancing. Jessica, at the boutique was very friendly, helping me out to pick some presents for my friends and family... The food was delicious... We really had a wonderful time here!
The facilities need maintenance; some walls need a fresh coat of paint. In my room, the air conditioner drips, and there are white stains on the floor. There are some rusty items, including the coat hooks!!!

Everything was amazing except that the pool close at 7pm we didn’t like that, the beach close at 6, after that there was not much to do around

The hotel is nothing like what’s described on Expedia. The buildings look old, and the rooms feel dusty and outdated. There are no real amenities in the room—just two glass bottles of water, and it’s unclear whether they’re being refilled or replaced.
The “all‑inclusive” offering is also misleading. The buffet is open for breakfast and lunch with the same menu every day. Dinner service is inconsistent; although the buffet was open on my arrival day (Sunday), it was closed the following evening. Guests are required to make reservations for dinner at one of the on‑site restaurants and reservations are difficult to secure due to constant “fully booked” notices on the website.
On a positive note, the hotel’s beachfront location, along with the availability of chairs and umbrellas, made for a relaxing day by the water. The multiple pools were also a highlight. Those parts were enjoyable, but overall the stay did not match what was advertised.
