This is not a luxury hotel, if you want modern luxury this is not it. The hotel has charm however there is a lot of updating needed. The blind in our room had some permanent staining, the balcony needs a good cleaning and at night we smelled smoke from outside. The water in the shower is nice and hot, although there is not much water pressure and if the next room runs water or flushes the toilet you will get very cold water. It is a a good location and close to many things within walking distance.

Being a platinum blonde it was troublesome finding 5 long dark hairs in the shower. The glasses were obviously used so just reused my own water bottle. I left early. Was expecting more considering the price. Thankfully i sleep with a sound machine becaus there was some type of machinery going off about every 20 minutes and the hallway was so poorly lit I truly questioned my safety. The employees were so nice but everything else was extremely unsatisfactory

Great stay! This was a last minute one night trip. We arrived very early, 10am and check in was at 4. We were able to valet our car, and we checked in at 1! They called when our room was ready. We upgraded to a balcony room, which wasn't really worth it cause there were no chairs or anything on the balcony. The room was spacious, very comfortable beds. The bathroom could use some tlc. TV and ac worked perfectly. The hotel is also very central to all the great things to do. Lots of dining in area. The valet team were amazing! 10 out of 10 would return.

The plumbing is dated and sounds like room is about to blow up. Hit water comes and goes. We have all suffered from bad plumbing as Alex step in and out from the shower with the hot water.

Absolutely LOVED this hotel. Beautiful and conveniently located. All of the staff we interacted with were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable of the area. Can not wait to return.

The hotel and location are beautiful. The customer service, not so much. After I injured my foot on a chair at the hotel property making it incredibly difficult to walk or stand as it had filled with blood, I requested a later check out so I could stay in my room to keep a shoe off and my foot elevated for a little longer. I made multiple attempts to connect with guest services via phone, text and in person for a later check out was given a cold run around every time. I was told that if need to check back in the morning, that I’d have to pay a large fee, etc. I got injured oh their property and I have never experienced such coldness and unhelpful service in my entire life. I have been to third world countries where the hotel staff do not know what to do to enhance a guest’s experience and go above and beyond. This is a great place to stay if you don’t need to stay if you never need to interact with the staff. Beware.

I sent my parents there for Mothers Day weekend. They were happy as hell. Loved the location. Bragged about the breakfast a lot, especially the host who was apparently funny and amazing. Thought it was really cool that the tour guides would actually come pick you up at the hotel instead of walking to a pick up point. They loved hanging out around the pool. Beds were extremely comfortable. I'm probably going to have to send them there again since their trip was cut short.
