Location. It was like being in Europe where you have your favorite coffee place, restaurants, parks and shops within short walk and you can easily retrieve to a spacious and clean apartment with all amenities anytime you need. You can sit in Chippewa park which is right down the steps and stroll to busier Broughton street for shopping within minutes. Towels, teas and coffee were stacked, very comfortable bed, beautiful living room and well equipped kitchen was such a lovely surprise.
The only complaint and only 9 stars I give because of very noisy conversations that took place every night around 3 am on the steps of the property. We stayed 3 nights and it happened every night for almost an hour. Lots of arguing and shouting on the street right under the windows. We stayed on the second floor and heard everything. It was very annoying.

Didn’t do breakfast, location is great !
There was no toilet tissue available we had to go out and buy some, the odor was hard to tolerate (smelled like an old basement) beautiful place. Had to deal with a lot of loud noise from upstairs.
