Located adjacent to the Silverado Golf Course, the Paradise View complex presents a heated outdoor pool, hot tub, and grilling area, all within view of Camelback Mountain. All on one floor, your sunlit villa provides all the comforts of home. Relax and restore in your plush bedroom, with mountain-view balcony access. Or kick back to socialize in the spacious, open living area complete with an electric fireplace to help set the mood, full cable TV (streaming available using your own accounts), and surround sound for the ultimate entertainment experience. Whip up delicious dishes in the sparkling full kitchen, configured with everything you need for home-cooked meals. The sunroom allows you to unwind with your favorite reading. Central AC and a private washer/dryer add convenience to your stay. When you want to get out and explore, walk to local shops, eateries, and hiking/biking trails, or head into the Old Town Scottsdale Entertainment District, located just three-and-a-half miles away. COMPLEX AMENITIES -Heated pool -Hot tub -Grilling area THINGS TO KNOW This property is managed by Vacasa Arizona LLC. In order to operate vacation rentals within this city, we are required to provide a basic criminal background check for all guests. This requirement is for the safety and security of full-time residents and guests alike. To perform this check, we need a date of birth and a permanent address for the reservation holder. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 3. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. This is a beautiful well maintained condo. Just perfect for two. Quiet neighborhood. Near walking path and public golf course. Restaurants nearby.

Everything that was needed was in the condo. The building is right in front of the parking space, take elevator to the third floor and you are there! Directions were very clear. It was cool while there and the electric fireplace made it cozy. I even napped on the outside patio! Beautiful home, comfortable and very close to everything! Thank you!
