Prepare grand meals and beach picnic snacks in the full kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and a floating island breakfast bar. Relax on the plush furniture and stream a movie on the large TV. With three bedrooms, there's more than enough room for everyone to get a comfortable night's rest from the day's activities, especially on the Tempur-Pedic mattresses. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Stayed for three nights and it was AMAZING! The view alone is worth the price of admission. Great patio with fire table overlooking the ocean. The rooms were nice and comfortable. I loved the kitchen and entertainment area it was a great place to play games while we ran in the new year.

Amazing view! Short drive to the beach, downtown is walkable just remember they call it hilltop for a reason.

The stay over all was a great time. The only issues were that the power did come off a few times in different rooms and we did needed to go turn it on from the breaker and the hand soap was empty when we got to the property. Besides that the stay was nice and we were able to still enjoy ourselves and the surrounding environment.

My family had a wonderful time at a great facility. Views were incredible. However, the locks didn't work or either door, there was no laundry soap to do the sheets as asked or dish soap to do the dishes as asked when checking out. We called for help but no products were brought to us. TV is streaming services only. You need to sign in to your personal service. Would be go back again - absolutely!! (with dish soap and laundry soap.)
