Very quiet room with Blackout blinds so was able to catch a good nights sleep after a long flight. Convenient location. Breakfast was good as well as the coffee.

Very convenient for the city centre being only a few minutes walk from Princes Street, the tram route and bus routes. Room was spotless. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
I didn't eat breakfast there as I had a very early start each morning.

Great location and cool vibe to the hotel, with its art and unusual fresh flower arrangements in the public areas. Since it's an old building (which has been renovated) and one side sits on a hill - there are a few stairs to go up, to get to some rooms. although it DOES have an elevator. I wouldn't let the few stairs stop you from staying. Great breakfast in the morning!
