Perfect location in the heart of Edinburgh. Very clean and well cared for. The reception welcomed us in person despite the auto-check in system. The discounted parking nearby was secure and a short walk away.
The particular apartment we had was on the ground floor and was rather dark. If you have mobility problems you need to make these known - our apartment was up and down steps and needed to use a staircase to access it despite a lift between floors.

Super friendly and helpful staff, excellent location, beautiful view of the garden from the windows, good if you are in need of a kitchen during your stay.
The bed wasn’t very comfortable and the doors were tricky to close, meaning we occasionally heard our neighbors’ doors early in the morning and at night.

The location, very near to the train station, was ideal.
Stayed for three nights. The pricing for the third was triple that of the first. Definitely felt shortchanged. The passages to the room were claustrophobic and the bars on the doors made it seem like a prison. The bedroom carpet could have been cleaner. The sitting room was decorated very sparsely.
