Bedroom to hot and couldn’t open window beyond an inch. I understand about health and safety but surely they could open a bit more

Comfortable room with lovely breakfast
Room cleaning was sporadic - booked 4 rooms but only two were cleaned.

Good location, excellent breakfast.
Shower in both rooms was too hot.
My daughter was almost burned.
After i complained someone was sent to look at the showers in both rooms.
I had a shower the next morning, the water temperature was in the 20's but suddenly began to get very hot again.
Our room 302 could do with some dusting. There was alot of dust behind the bedside locker and also the headboard.
