It was lovely and well equipped . It was excellent
and very comfortable.
Had 3 balconies, one off longe and one long balcony of both rooms. The grounds were immaculately kept by caretaker and others.

The oceanside view was great from 24th floor. Lounge furniture was very comfortable
The apartment did not feel clean - floor was very sticky. Toilet seats ( x 2) were loose on toilets. There was a broken table lamp sitting on the floor in the lounge. The bedroom lamp could not be plugged in in the main bedroom as cord would not reach power box. The power plugs were hanging half out of the plugs behind the bed (fire issue) there was a thin mattress under the bed right up against the power points that was a definite fire risk. This apartment is clearly in need of some maintenance and redecorating.
