Our room, located on the eighth floor and facing the Maihama side, had the most wonderful window seat. The view out across Eastern Tokyo and the bay was so incredible. The furniture was sleek and clean, the bed firm and spacious. Everything was quiet and calm. The bath (luxury!) was deep and the shower powerful.
Downstairs in the building was the convenience store (so friendly) and a gorgeous small restaurant.
Local facilities were simply amazing. Places to eat, co once stores and the station with two stops to Disney and a quick Tokyo line.
Lots of things like tea and coffee, bath salts and face masks were provided for free in the lobby and the staff were delightful.
It was perfect! Could not be better

It was the best hotel out of the entire trip in Japan, definitely visiting again. Great view, right next to the station, buffet type of breakfast and they keep your luggage before check in and even on the day of check out. Staff speaks great english as well.

The breakfast was outstanding, I must also say the female member of staff who handled everything in the breakfast area on Sunday June 21st was incredible, I've never seen someone so busy and yet so attentive to all the customers needs.
The twin room beds are like two double beds, not like two tiny small individual beds which was of great relief to us.
I stayed in two rooms during my stay. I must say the air con in the adult single room was significantly better than the twin room, additionally the dyson fan didn't seem to work that great BUT the air-con was perfectly fine by itself.
Wi-Fi was great - very happy here.
The eco changing every day was tremendous.
Laundry and vending machine on top floor was appreciated, as was having a store on the ground floor.
Bath and shower were both of high standard as was the toilet.
Just a shame that the air-con in the twin room wasn't as good as the double room, and a shame that the Dyson didn't seem to work well. But these are minor things, this is a wonderful budget friendly hotel that comes with high praise.
