Room is very clean and esthetically awesome. Best room ive stayed in, in many years.

Nasty

Roaches and other bugs infested in the rooms everywhere, also loud neighbors on every room surrounding me whether it was music, screaming, or doors constantly opening and closing. Multiple holes in the walls inside of the room aswell.

TIRED travelers who needed a place to stay instead of driving unsafe and sleepy on the roads we chose here because it was in our budget. First red flag is $100 incidental fee they would charge if “something was to happen”. I go to room 150 and it sure SMELLED especially of smoke to be nonsmoking. The room LOOKED cold and the desk was scratched up. There wasn’t a TV remote. I went to the front desk to tell her there wasn’t a remote and she gave me one. I asked for an extra blanket and pillow and was told I had to wait about ten minutes. I took the remote and went back to my room when I noticed people in the parking lot. It felt weird. My husband went to the store while I checked in and I told him to hurry back because I felt unsafe. Getting back into the room I tried to use the remote but to no avail. After a long day I just wanted to get some GOOD and PEACEFUL rest. This wasn’t going to be the place. When I went to tell her we were dissatisfied with the room and wanted our money back, she tried to act like she couldn’t do it. But after chatting with Expedia and showing her that was not a good enough answer she worked with Expedia and refunded our money. We stayed at the Sleep Inn instead. This property couldn’t be trusted. There were too many obstacles to get rest when all a guest should have to do is check in and make themselves at home.

It's not a 5 star hotel. Weekend rates are a bit higher than the nicer hotel. You definitely get what you pay for

The property is being renovated and it is infested with roaches. I had to go out an buy spray because they were crawling all over the place and on the beds. There was no hot water in the shower and when I went to the front desk she said they would move us but it was not worth moving.

Area was a little sketchy, requested a room change to front of hotel by front desk. Staff was very accommodating. Ended up be very pleased with our stay and price was really great.

The floor was so sticky that I ended up using one of the towels to mop the floor and it came out looking like I cleaned out a chimney. Nasty! Also didn't have any toilet paper in the room and had to go down and ask for some. Bunch of loud people with uncontrolled loud children etc. Just was a very uncomfortable experience.

It’s alright for what it is

Studio 6 is a great place to stop for th3 night or a couple of days. With a great location and quick access to downtown and the beach. Moderately priced rooms that include a kitchenette, plenty of closet space, and one of the bigger showers that i have seen. Studio 6 is a great place to stay on your visit to Savannah.

Walked into the room beds were nicely made roaches crawling all around the stove top coffee maker was disgusting door looks it was kicked in and only plastered back into place

It did not match our expectations on cleaning standards

Nasty, nasty, nasty….. Open the door roaches and bugs ran across beds, cabinets, everywhere. The bathroom sink was full of hair as was the shower as well. Avoid at all cost……

This was the wost stay that we ever had at any hotel! The room was dirty, the sheets were dirty and they weren't going to bring us new ones until the next day, they only had one towel and one hand towel in the bathroom and when we requested more they only gave is one and a washcloth, the A/C didn't work, there was a dead roach in the bathroom, they wouldn't relocate us to a different room. There were kids playing in the parking lot and a man shouting at another man and bragging about all the pistols that he had. We will NEVER stay there again and we highly recommend that no one else ever does too!

Will never come back

So far this has been the worst motel/ hotel experience I've ever had. There were roaches alive & dead in the room. The top spread had stains on it. The microwave was totally disgusting. I told the person who checked me in and he said he was going to change the microwave. Also, he said that the stain on the top cover was from being washed in the machine with bleach. I went to dinner with family & returned. Nothing was corrected. Dirty microwave still in room. I had to stay at a relative's house. Thank God for family nearby. I won't stay here again & I wouldn't reccomend anyone else either. Wasted hotel reward. Wish I could get the reward returned back to my account.

The room was missing shower curtain, and trim in the bathroom. Room had bugs as well.

Check hours of operation in very small print very carefully. Online reservation worked, but office was closed when we arrived and we could not access room.....still waiting for refund!!

Roaches, not clean! No SHOWER CURTAINS,tissue, or towels was given to the room, Had to go buy my own.

This property was not at all what was marketed. They appear to have some rooms that were remodeled, that were pictured, however this was not the room that I was given. There were holes in the floors, walls, and doors. The room was dirty as were the bedding. It smelled like pot and there was a sewage smell coming from the bathroom.

When i got there i had to check in through a window to get my room. After i went into my room there were stains on the blanket and dirt on the floor. I hung my shirts in the closet and the next night i put one on and it smelled like mildew. I then looked in the closet where you hang your clothes and the mildew smell was horrendous. I couldn't even wear any of my shirts. Also when i came back to my room late Saturday night/early Sunday morning my room key wouldn't work. I went to where the front desk was located for some help getting into my room but no one was working to assist me. I called the number they had on the window but no one answered. I had to sleep in my car and wait to the next morning for someone to get there. At 8:30 am on 4-23-23 a young lady showed up. I explained to her my situation and told her that the hotel needed to refund me the money for that night i couldn't use my room. The young lady said she contacted Expedia to request a refund for my 2nd day stay there. She said i would receive a refund. This hotel is one of the worst ive ever stayed in. In my opinion i shouldn't be charged for anything because of it being a horrible stay.

There was burns in the sheets and mattress. It smelled highly of chemicals. There was someone duffle bag in the room as well as in the drawer a dirty spoon, looked like it was used for drugs.

Arrived Kept being told room not ready. Finally called us late evening saying we can't have our room because no cleaning staff.

The room smelled mold in the room microwave was disgusting and they were cockroaches in my microwave and in my room The bathroom was also disgusting black mold in the bathroom black mold in the window I will never use the hotel ever again it was a waste of money

The beds were so dirty. I took one look at the room and left. Needs a deep cleaning, not acceptable.

The linens (bed and bathroom) were so filthy and burned by cigarettes (including the matress in a non smoking room) that I went downtown to buy bed loinens, a blanket, and towels to use for the nights I was there. I stayed somewhere else after the 2nd night.

I didn't like anything. There was Roach feces there was dust everywhere. There was dead roaches in the corners of the room and on the ceiling. I killed roaches also and I also had to wipe down the table and kitchen because it was dirty. The toilet was broken it would not flush you had to open the back up to pull the string in order for it to flush. The floors the shower was disgusting. The beds were disgusting all the comforters had cigarette Burns. There was also hair inside the cabinets in the kitchenette and there was pet hair on the beds. There was no light bulb to turn on over the stove and the inside of the fridge barely got cold. I asked for a non-smoking room but clearly it wasn't it was a smoking room it smelled like smoke it had smoke Burns everywhere. We didn't stay our whole time because it was so bad we didn't sleep in the beds and we didn't shower because it was so nasty. I couldn't allow my children to sleep in that nasty infested room.
