Excellent location. Fully automated checkin and checkout process. All required facilities available. Clean room and well maintained building.
People are required to provide credit/ debit card details during checkin. This is explained as sort of security to guarantee for any broken / damaged property. Although no money is actually taken or blocked from your card account I strongly believe payments of any kind should be managed through booking and only booking application. It does not feel right to require people to provide their payment details in some random generated link from a checkin app - it does not look secure and personally it took me a while to be absolutely sure this is not yet another scam. The additional payment required should be mentioned in the description - if I knew this detail I would have probably looked for another option.

Spectacular location - as a first-timer in Warsaw I guessed by looking at the map that the Rynek Starego Mjasto would take some walking, but in fact it's just 3 minutes away and you can see it from the property. Beautiful design of the apartment, diverse lighting options, comfortable beds. The bedrooms are small but cosy and overlooking the lovely Krakowskie Przedmiescie. The staff was very kind to secure our additional request for 4 separate bed linen sets. Absolutely excellent choice for Warsaw!
We couldn't reach any screening option on the TVs but we also didn't ask for help on this. And it hardly matters in such a vibrant city with so much to do at night and day.

The location is superb, in the very center of the city.
Communication was impersonal but efficient.
There's a lift - handy as there are many floors to walk.
Air conditioning works great!
The internet worked great.
The fridge comes handy in summer.
The review question "rate the staff" made me laugh. What staff?
The room is too small and quite impractical.
No way to dry to towels. Two towels are not enough if they don't dry.
There's an iron (good) but no ironing board - so why?

Great location, and the rooms were nice and cozy
It has no staff to talk to. To get into the building and room you need a code. I like knowing there is someone there in case there is an issue. Also my room wasn't cleaned once for the 3 nights i was there . The bathroom had a sewage smell, that linggered .
