Room was terrible . Two outlets did not work . The bathroom shower was dirty with water spots all over the glass and there was strings of hair everywhere like a blond hairs and long woman’s dark hair me and my spouse have short short buzz cutt hair styles. The carpets was sticky and literally one of the water bottles were half empty ! Was terrible service my first day there spoke to a gentleman upon the issues to be refunded or removed from that room. No resolution was provided and the grave woman did not send in any of my concerns . The cleansing woman in the morning did not come back after I expressed what was wrong in the morning ! Also two woman ! The maids came in my room at 10am !!!!!! And said oh my gosh I’m sorry. No body knocked it was terrible .

The location is downtown Beverly Hills off the main street (Wilshire). Small yet antiquated hotel. The neighborhood in the area is quaint and vibrant. There is a sister hotel that patrons may go to use the fitness center, pool and enjoy the restaurant. Again, the hotel is in need of upgrades however the mattress was excellent and the hotel representatives were helpful/respectful.

Front desk very attentive. I spoke with two male and female, and they both were very accommodating. They took time to be sure everything was right and we’re polite..

Bed sheets had stains on them. Shower door didn’t seal properly so the bathroom floor flooded and they charge $45 for parking!

Stayed there for my Christmas, the deposit takes more than 2 weeks to return my back ,
When I was check in the long hair guy was unfriendly I don’t like him , and the second day when I asked the receptionist for bottle of water and he said will send it to my room when he ( the chubby guy )was standing in front of my room and he touched his dick in front of me ….

loved the cocktail lounge. randy is the best!

Cool stay. Plumbing (slow drain in shower) was an issue. Area is adjacent the Tenderloin district, but otherwise clean

Great location but a bit rundown. Clean, hit shower and easy parking- great for one night!

Meh. Great area but poorly designed hotel. Bathroom doesn’t have any shower bar or ways to hang towels. AC is loud and needs the filter changed. Bed is not that comfortable.

This is a great little hotel in the middle of Beverly Hills-I've stayed often because they didn't charge for parking, so it made the hotel a real steal. Now they charge $45 per night extra for parking, which makes the price the same as something more modern and with more amenities. Additionally, the staff is beyond arrogant and sour-morning, noon and night. Not going back.

My stay was okay. I don’t think I’ll be staying there again. No air ventilation in the bathroom. Saw some mold on the bathroom window frame. Room carpet felt damp.

Good 3 start hotel

Location is great for my needs to be close to family. Front desk was accommodating for early check in so I could be ready to attend a family function.
air condition/heat is an issue. There is no way to rest with the unit cutting on and off every 10 minutes. Its loud and smells musty. I turned it off the second night just to get some sleep, especially since i was traveling from another time zone.. Bathroom is super tiny and toilet paper holder is in your side and needs to be relocated. I can't imagine a big person staying in this room.

I didn't like the following...
1- hall way was sooo narrow & small.
2- The room was very small, old air-comditionjng unit, that was loud & not very good working comdition.
3- It didn't smell fresh & open, until 2 hours of windows being opened by us, but with only 4 inch opening option.
4- Only 1 small towel & 2 large ones, for 2 of us.
5- Parking was additional $45, for an open aelf parking area, without being secured nor having any type of security.
It was so bad, we didnt even stay overnight, I checked out same night at 8pm.
Will never stay here again, & I am beginning to lose faith in Expedia, for good...

This stay was made more enjoyable from the amazing service of the staff. The description is not quite as it seems, the access to coffee or the espresso machine was in a sister hotel about two minutes away. The pictures on site reflected, probably a newly renovated room. The location was perfect for really anything you needed. I would stay again.

I booked 2 nights at Maison 140. When I arrived, there were many strands of hair on the bed. I reported the unsanitary room to a late 20s, blonde, thin guy in the front desk then asked for room service. He was very hostile & said that day there was no room service. I asked if I could be moved to another room. He replied in a smirk, "I have another room, but you won't like it." I asked why & he stayed quiet. The 2 nights, I could not sleep. The vibe was very heavy & scary; I'm sure the room is haunted. By the 2nd night, I was terribly tired so I fell asleep until 6am and slept only 2 hours in the morning. Throughout the 2 nights, there was a thunder noise that got closer & closer to my room undefinitely. Then, the doorknob kept moving quickly & forcefully as if someone was trying to get inside my room. Both nights, the restroom light turned off by itself, the light from the closet flickered many times & then turned off by itself. The 2nd day, right before I fell asleep until 6am, I turned off the lamp besides my bed & woke up with the light turned on which was strange; I did not turn the light on. The 1st night, I called Expedia to let them know about my concerns & asked for a refund. Expedia contacted the front desk guy & he told Expedia that I was making it all up. The front desk guy never attempted to address my concerns. Instead, his response & mannerism made me feel very uncomfortable. I felt stressed, scared, unsafe, & exhausted during my stay. Worst motel experience!

It was very dusty the room. very old has not been updated.

This hotel is convenient and safe. The carpet and upholstery in my room was stained. The hotel is loud, probably because it is old. I would have scored higher if there was coffee available in the lobby in the morning because there are no coffee machines in the rooms. Coffee is a must and literally anyone can’t make it.

Noisy air conditioning
Front desk seemed like they were doing me a favor.
They were courteous and did their job, but not much more.
Room took an hour longer than check in time to be ready, and when I asked if check out was 11:00 am, I was told yes when it was actually 12:00.
Other than that stay was fine.

Overall, a great choice to celebrate my fiancé’s birthday and visit friends in WeHo. It has boutique hotel charm, the staff was helpful, the guests were quiet, and it’s a 5 min drive to Westfield Mall.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. However $45 parking fee and $25 “Urban Bundle” fee make me probably not want to stay here again

While the property is in a nice neighborhood, it is not worth the cost to stay. Parking is $35 per day. Shower is incredibly small, room is not well maintained, and owners have simply neglected any type of updates to the property. Is an old building and I understand preservation, but preservation doesn’t mean that it needs to be neglected.
The only pros are, that property is in a quiet are. It feels safe. It is within walking distance to some tourist attractions and there’s a small strip of shops about a block away.
Other than this, I would never consider staying here for any amount of discounts, is just not worth any cost. The property needs so much work that it needs to be shut down to do any kind of upgrade. It is in really poor conditions.

I stay at the Mason when in town for work, it is great and the staff always remembers me!

Horrible hidden fees, dirty rooms, small showers, no amenities

Good location for our business meeting

I’ve booked for a bigger room but they gave me a very little room. I don’t what’s the point of taking resort fee with a room which is similar to motel 6 or any cheap motel. This is complete rip off
