Solterra Pool Mansion – 6012 With 14 bedrooms and ample space for 33 guests, this beautifully appointed home in Solterra Resort checks every box for your next family escape to Florida. Whether you're planning to spend your days golfing or touring Disney World, you'll come home a private pool and spa, an oversize pool deck where you can soak in the sunshine, and plentiful space for relaxation (including seven en suite bedrooms, a Star Wars-themed bedroom, and a Harry Potter-themed bedroom). Enjoy access to the beautiful aquatic center at the resort clubhouse a few minutes away, as well as a private in-home sports lounge with a pool table and wet bar, your very own theater room with a projection screen, and a fantastically equipped game room with air hockey, foosball, Ping-Pong, an arcade machine, and four TVs - each with its own gaming console. What’s nearby: This home is located three-quarters of a mile south of the Solterra Resort Clubhouse and its beach-entry pool, water slide, lazy river, poolside cabanas, tennis courts, fitness center, playground, and Cafe Sol Bar & Grill. The famous theme parks and other attractions of the greater Orlando area are mere minutes away as well. Disney World - along with Epcot, Blizzard Beach, and Typhoon Lagoon - is 12 miles northeast, SeaWorld Orlando is 17 miles northeast, and Universal Studios' Islands of Adventure and the Wizarding World of Harry Potter are 22 miles northeast. Things to know: Free WiFi Full kitchen Home Amenities Pricing: - 1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. *25$ non-refundable trip fee if guest asks for pool heat day of arrival or throughout their stay* - Pool heat is available between October and April for an additional fee of $50 per day plus tax. Parking notes: Parking pass will be printed for guests at the gate. This pass must be placed on your dashboard. Parking spaces available in driveway. Street parking allowed in marked spaces only. Vehicles parked outside the lines of the marked space will be towed. Parking in the pool area is not to be used for overnight parking. At Solterra, guests can have up to 5 cars, they just need to make sure that the gate issues them passes (main res holder can get them). Two car driveway, but for this particular house, there are designated parking spots right across the street. Super convenient! Again, they can only have up to 5 vehicles. Solterra is a gated resort style community in Central Florida near Disney and all the Orlando area attractions. It has its own world class recreation center featuring a clubhouse, fitness center, pool, water slide, Cafe Sol poolside restaurant and a lazy river. The Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee will be charged at the clubhouse front desk when guests check in. The primary person will need to provide: Their reservation information which shows: The rental property address. Check in and check out date. Number of guests. Identification that matches the reservation name. License plate information for the primary vehicle. The guest will then pay the Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee. The fee will be charged via Square with a credit or debit card only. No cash will be accepted. It is a one-time fee per house per reservation. They will be issued a Resort Access Card (2 cards max will be issued per party) to show the front gate of the pool at each entry, they will also be issued the 4-digit code for the month that will allow access to the gym. Guests will need to have this card in their possession on the pool deck as well for staff to verify if asked. After hours check-ins will go to the guard gate. The guard gate will issue car passes and guests will need to visit the clubhouse once reopened to pay the Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee to gain access to the pool the next day. A group of seniors getting together for a golf outing. We were all comfortable and had plenty of space. Kitchen, dining room and patio all spacious. Theatre was a nice amenity. Hosts were extremely helpful and communicative. I would highly recommend this property.

House very nasty,washer flooded 1st day Bathrooms were so dirty they had to send out housekeeping to clean,mag. was very rude,he just kept reminding us if we did not like the house we could lv.could not us pool till thurs eveving checked in on Tues.NONE of the r the t-v /games worked which mag replied that stuff don't hv 2 work which at that point I felt that was false adv.and the list goes on..Could be a nice house but it's not,need new mag.people at front gate great,Couch was broke and had a whole in it,dinning chairs the stuffing was sticking out ,trash met us at driveway .We felt like we stayed at a old expensive Motel -6.

Upon arrival we couldn’t get the internet to connect, which I made you aware of, Saturday and Sunday we didn’t have any issues but Monday the internet was out again. The cleanliness of the house I would give a 1. There were comforters with food stains on them, the carpet clearly hasn’t been shampooed in a while, toilets were dirty, a shared bathroom is missing a shower curtain, there was food in the dishwasher, the doors and walls were dirty, the couch is sunken in and stained, chairs are ripped and the list goes on. We found a pair of shorts in the couch. There’s multiple rooms where the lights and ceiling fans didn’t work, the tvs didn’t work, we had to supply plenty of batteries for the remotes we were able to find. The theater room didn’t work AT ALL. The ping pong table and air hockey table didn’t work nor the tvs in the garage area. Also the hot tub didn’t heat up The bathroom doorknob came off, theres a hole in the wall and the floor which is a major safety hazard especially for our children. When we decided on your renting your property it was for all the amenities that were pictured and weren’t able to use any of them which was truly a big disappointment for the children and the adults alike.

Overall it was pretty good. The neighborhood is a little tight & pretty busy to get in and out of, but the house itself was generally clean, fun, extremely spacious, and self-check in is always a plus. One of the staff members at the gated entrance/guard shack was not very accommodating, but definitely not her (as she is just doing her job) or the host’s (who went above and beyond to help us out) fault. There’s a limit on parking passes (5 per booking) when if a family is renting a 14 bedroom house, the expectation should be that they would need parking for at least 7-10 of those bedrooms. Family members are traveling from multiple locations to be together under the same roof which is the reason for the rental right? The “towing strictly enforced” language is a negative. People are there for vacation, a good time. Why would ANY resort want to add stress to the guest stay with that type of action? Again the host was great and the house was good & ultimately that’s all that truly mattered.

When we checked in the cleaning company was leaving and appeared that they had rushed cleaning. When checked in the house was not clean and insects and roaches were seen walking around. furniture was broken and several of the televisions and ceiling fans did not work. I reached out to the manager and she was very nice and rude when i told her that there were roaches in the home and that other items were not working. I will not recommend this company to any of my friends because the customer service was awful.

The home is very nice I would like to use it again. The only issue is if u have any issue you can only reach MGMT. by email and they are limited to assist there was food on the patio and pool but the home was nice

Several problems the first day, very little silverware (more delivered second day), knobs on grill were gone and this was never fixed. Vacuum cleaner did not work. A lot of pool furniture was broken. But despite the above it was a nice house and I would recommend it (after the above items are addressed)
