Location, cost, breakfast nearby
We asked for a room in a quiet area due to light sleeping and we were put in an adjoining room that connected to a family with young children who were loud, banging door to hallway and yelling very early in the morning.

The overall room was spacious and clean, I would of given 5 stars but for us (being seniors) we didn’t like the bath/shower as it was a bit slippery and you didn’t feel as safe as a walk in shower. On saying that the room was quiet and the hotel placed conveniently for Niagara etc.
As I mentioned above the shower.
