Location was very accessible by car and an easy walk to Clifton Hill and the Falls. Good restaurants nearby. Hotel felt new and room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and quiet. Price more affordable than other hotels we considered.
We arrived after 7 pm, when the doors were locked, and had to phone (unanswered) and knock on the door for several minutes before someone appeared at the reception desk to let us in.

There was no breakfast
No water provided or available. Lobby did not have fresh water and the rooms did not have water. The bathroom smelled when we arrived. Room was comfy but location for the price, $500 per night, is not acceptable.
