Pool, location. Friendly and helpful front desk staff and helpful restaurant staff.
Chairs were worn and needed replacement. Maid accidentally threw away my shoe insert. Some of the fixtures and decor were dated and in need of updating and replacement, which didn't match up to the price we paid.

It very convenient and close to the tourist spots
We’ve stayed at quite a few hotels, but this was my first experience at a facility that didn’t have a trolley available for guests. When I asked the staff if we could use one, I was told that they might still be using it and that I should check the other floors myself.
I understand that the trolley may have been in use, but I was disappointed that there wasn’t a more helpful alternative or assistance from the staff. Hopefully, the hotel can improve this service for future guests.
