Great service, Friendly staff and good breakfast, Walking distance to falls.

Laundry in basement was useful and cheap.

Hot water heater in rooms would be useful or access to tea and coffee 24hrs would have been ideal.

Clean hotel with pleasant staff but room and breakfast was disappointing

The hotel was clean and the bed comfortable but the bedroom and bathroom were rather cramped. The window in the room was very small and provided very little natural light. A very helpful maintenance man provided us with extra lights so we could read in comfort. The breakfast area was very pleasant but the cooked breakfast was disappointing and we were very disappointed by the single-use disposable cutlery, plates, cups, etc.

Using disposal cutlery, plates, cups gives the hotel an unnecessarily downbeat image and is unsustainable environmentally. Surely, it can be that difficult to provide proper cutlery and utilise a dishwasher to wash and re-use them. This would also provide a much more pleasant dining experience for customers - it was impossible to eat the cereal with the wooden spoons provided.

The king size room was great! There was also a daybed in the room that wasn't shown in the pictures! Also the breakfast options were great as well.

They charged for everything!!! And didn't give us the view to the falls it doesn't have view to the fall but we wanted that side.

Comfortable and Clean

Very comfortable, standard room. Very clean, breakfast was good and the staff were friendly. Location is great, just 5 minutes walk to Clifton Hill and restaurants all around.

The pool was quite small, but clean, warm and not crowded. Breakfast was so busy one morning it was just chaos. Parking is extra and expensive, but standard in the area. One gentleman at the desk was gruff and condescending to another guest.

breakfast was great, rooms were clean, easy check in and check out process, free Tesla charging station which was great for us as we were preparing to pay for supercharging

odd smell to the room, location wasn’t ideal and parking was on the other side of the hotel. required a bit of back and forth

Poor customer service and less value for money. Photos were inaccurate. We requested for simple things but they didn't even bother replying. Will not go back to this place.

The location is superb. Breakfast choices is not great but still ok. Room looks newly renovated has microwave, fridge.

Water in the pool is too cold.

Our stay at the hotel was very unpleasant, I wouldn’t recommend it to anybody.

I didn’t really like many things about our stay at the hotel.

The breakfast selection was extremely poor, coffee and other food items run out and they were not replaced. We couldn’t get coffee. The service was absolutely preposterous and terrible. The staff were aloof and unhelpful, we were asked to clean up our breakfast table. table.

great location to the attractions

the proximity to all the attraction was amazing 7 minute walk to Clifton hill. the main of the hotel was clean and well maintained.

our room hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned. there was a large ball of hair that the previous occupant had left on the window sill. our coffee table had coffee and stains and had clearly not been wiped down so we did it. there were a couple bottle cap lids under our desk area. the beds were very comfortable and the walk in shower were great. nicely updated was nice having the mini fridge and microwave in the room
