I would like my money back

I did not like the property it was very dark dinghy and way too expensive

It was not clean, the staff was not helpful and I am completely disappointed

I had no knowledge on the “Trudeau refugee” situation. I don’t think many people do as our entire team was quite shocked. Do your research; there are just under 200,000 “visitors” From other countries that are now residences in the hotels. These families deserve a chance at a new life, job, opportunities etc… however it was still a bit of a shock when we realized only 40 or so rooms were actually hotel visits and the remaining rooms were residents of the hotel. We did not receive room service( towels/ room cleaning ) unless we specifically requested. They hotel gym was great! Don’t be too shocked to see tiny kids in pjs using the elevators by themselves, day and night…. very late at night. None the less the staff members were friendly and clearly doing their best with the situation at hand. Security was always present, keeping an eye on the “partying” in the parking lot. Friendly service, would stay again if the rates were a little more reasonable in comparison to the accommodations.

great rates and great room options for families.

we specially asked for a longer check out time due to the time required to get two kids ready and fed. although we were promised an extra hour at check in, 15 mins after normal check out time we were getting calls asking to leave. we had to rush and check out 30 mins early than we expected.

Very comfortable and friendly staff.

The staff was super friendly and the room was very comfortable. I loved that I was within walking distance of the Falls and the casino area.

I wish there had been more options for food/breakfast later in the evenings. The iHop closes at 2pm and the lobby only had a small snack selection that was mostly candy. There also wasn't any type of seating area in the lobby.

The hotel was good but customer service front desk was a nightmare, very very bad and the worst part is she didn’t care or didn’t make an effort to fix it.☹️

I attempted to get 1 room with two Queen bed’s for my wife my 17 year old daughter and me. On the internet I saw it for $88 per night and some how I got 2 rooms for $200+ and when I checked in they only had one room ready #801, she told me she would hold one close to us, she gave us #817. #%€&:@ so that is what I think about the front desk. And give me a week and you will see a BBB review.

The bed had bed bugs, had to check out a couple hours after checking in, the staff member didn’t have any empathy whatsoever or mentioned a partial refund.

Accessible location, spacious room

We ended up in the second building that was behind the hotel, so it felt like a motel. Could hear the noise from the other rooms. The price was quite high for what it was (but I guess it’s because it was NYE)

no shuffle bus to the casino building I really miss that,would be nice to have that back.

Disappointing.

The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The proximity to The Convention Centre was great and the on-site parking was a perk. The room was very clean and the beds really comfortable.

The hotel seemed to have many issues… The whole tower A was shut down due to a generator issue. The accessibility parking was extremely limited and parking spots that were not on a hill were far away from accessible doors. You had to go outdoors and to a separate building to access the indoor pool and hot tub (again not at all close for someone with mobility challenges). The indoor pool and hot tub were factors in booking at this hotel and the hot tub was also out of order due to maintenance issues. There were not any rooms available with a walk in shower - again a problem for me due to mobility challenges.
