Excellent location. The room was lovely and well stocked for our 2 day stay.
Had to pay cash for our breakfast (which is a separate cost). Would have liked an alternative pay options (ie., e-transfer)

Such a cute place to stay and so close to the Niagara Falls. I was able to walk to the nightly fireworks. Appreciate the free parking. Very clean, and nice toiletries In the bathroom as well. Appreciate the use of kitchen and laundry facilities. Great communication. Easy check-in and checkout procedure.
Nothing, but I would suggest the upstairs rooms if you're a light sleeper. We stayed upstairs.

We had the Family Suite and it was great! It was during the heatwave over Canada Day and the suite was beautifully cool. Beds were very comfy, there was extra bedding, pillows and towels. Everything was spotless. We shared a kitchenette with the other room on the second level, and everyone respected the rules. I loved having a fridge because I need to bring a lot of my own food due to allergies and there was lots of room there. One parking spot was provided free. They are close to the concert and fireworks site so we were able to walk there and not have to find a crazy overpriced parking spot. Absolutely recommend this establishment and I hope it's available next time we come to Niagara Falls! Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

Very nice location. Nicely decorated.
Bedroom was hot at night but we were unable to adjust the temperature as the thermostat was locked. We opened the window which helped a little bit but then the traffic sounds and dog barking kept us awake all night.
