Feel like royalty in our over 5900 square feet Villa, with sprawling views of Puget Sound, multiple jacuzzi bath tubs and a year round hot tub oit back. This custom, Bellagio-inspired home has sleeping for up to 222 of your family and friends and will not disappoint with heated kitchen and bathroom floors, an in home theater, multiple balconies and HD TVs in almost every room of the home. We look forward to treated you like the royalty you deserve to be! Other things to note Please review our full rental agreement for notes and policies for the listing. Pets are allowed on a case by case basis. We may allow up to 2 pets at a time but there will be an extra fee. We do not allow aggressive breeds only due to insurance purposes. But we do love them. 50 lbs max and no breeds with excessive hair. (There is an additional cost and this covers basic additional cleaning for pets any extra cleaning or repair would be in addition.) There are live, sound and motion activated cameras on the exterior premises. Those are to be expected on all entrances and are only on the exterior of the building. There are no cameras inside the dwelling. This is for the safety of our guest, our home and ourselves. We had an amazing time - we had our family Thanksgiving in this home and it was perfect. The house was clean, spacious and perfect for our family get together. We plan on returning next year. Terry was amazing from day one. All my questions were answered immediately, we were very well taken care of! One of our families favorites spots for sure.

For the amount we had paid for the weekend to spend with our friends and family celebrating our wedding, we were highly disappointed by our experience. First off, the communication with the owners was non-existent. We had contact the owners about how one of the propane tanks were out completely and another one was low, asking if they could replace them. No response. The rules they had garbage disposal was ridiculous considering there was already 2 garbage bags in the garbage and each additional bag was $25 dollars. We had to go out of our own way to dispose of our garbage. The downstairs bathroom had lots of mold in the shower curtain liner where our grandparents were showering, which could have made them really sick given the age that they are. The soaps in all the bathroom were obviously very watered down. Cleaning throughout the place was almost very little or non-existent. Fire alarms were missing batteries or completely missing entirely. This is a big safety issue. Again with the amount of money we paid for the weekend, this was far from a luxury experience from the lack of communication, cleanliness and overall the safety and wellbeing of our guests. I would not recommend staying here unless these issues are addressed.

We had a family reunion (14 ppl including adults and kids) at this VRBO! The check in process was smooth, house was clean, and location was great! The house even came with keys to a private beach access which was a bonus. This house was perfect for our large group, plenty of seating for shared meals, and the kitchen worked out great to cook for everyone. The neighborhood is peaceful and great to walk around. Would stay here again if we came out to this area!

We very much enjoyed this lovely property. Our group of 15 was well accommodated - plenty of space for all. The back deck was beautiful, and we enjoyed the hot tub and BBQ as well. There were a few minor amenities missing - kitchen linens, kitchen scissors. However, there were lots of other unexpected bits, such as tooth brushes and razors in the bathrooms and coffee and pancake mix in the kitchen. Very thoughtful touches. Overall an outstanding experience - would 100% recommend!

This is a nice property that is beautifully decorated. The view is absolutely gorgeous on every level. the downstairs living quarters is an entire house by itself. I highly recommend especially for large family or groups.
