My wife and I stayed at the CC Palace Hotel in Rome from July 12–15, and we had a truly wonderful experience. The hotel is exceptionally clean and well maintained, the breakfast is excellent, and, most importantly, the staff members are outstanding.
My wife’s birthday was July 13, so I asked the front desk for a recommendation for a nice restaurant to celebrate. Elodie not only recommended an excellent restaurant, but went above and beyond by arranging everything for us. We had a fantastic evening. When we returned to our room, we were surprised to find beautiful birthday decorations and even a bottle of red wine waiting for us.
In all our travels, this was one of the most memorable examples of exceptional customer service we have experienced. Elodie made my wife’s birthday truly special, and we are extremely grateful for her thoughtfulness and attention to detail.
The rest of the staff was equally friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The level of hospitality at CC Palace Hotel made a lasting impression on us.
The next time I visit Rome, I will definitely stay at CC Palace Hotel again, and I will enthusiastically recommend it to my family and friends. Thank you, Elodie and the entire CC Palace team, for making our stay - and especially my wife’s birthday - so memorable!
