Great location and double glazed windows meant it was super quiet. Great to have a wee fridge for some drinks etc but a pain as it was full with to purchase items.
Some water damage in the bathroom that needs work. That the fridge was full of to purchase items. Keep them clear for people house, especially when it’s hot.

The bed is really comfortable and we appreciated the slippers. Breakfast was great except there was no staff so we couldn't get any coffee. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming. Loved that there was a luggage platform and a desk so we could both have a place to put our suitcases that was off the floor. Also, appreciated the lift and not having to haul our bags up 3 floors!
The air conditioning is okay at best. With the 35 degree heat (Celsius) it took the edge off but didn't do a great job of cooling the room.
We wished there was a staff member in the breakfast area because we both missed having a coffee with breakfast.
The shower was adequate but the water pressure was weak. I'm nitpicking as the hotel was good overall.

The staff - Massimillianus and Marco were great. We had trouble with our air conditioning but not only did they go out of their way to sort it out, but were fun and friendly and continued to check that everything was ok. The room was comfortable and clean.
The room was quite a bit smaller than I expected and the bathroom was very 'functional' - the basin and shower were behind a curtain (the toilet had a door to it). Although we didn't spend much time in the room, it felt cramped. In fact the whole hotel felt very cramped. I didn't realise it was so small and all on one floor - the reception, the 10 bedrooms in a row and the breakfast room.
