WHY WE LOVE IT: -Relax in this chic, 4-bedroom/4.5-bath oasis. -Interior designed for stylish comfort. -Fun, adventurous exterior with Hottub, fire pit, basketball court, and playground right off the kitchen. -Sleeps 14! -5 minutes from DT Flagstaff and NAU, a fantastically located neighborhood with views of mountain peaks from the street. -Do yourself a favor and book now; Flagstaff's heavenly vacation awaits. -MAP; use the starting point W Frest Aire St 86001 Walk in the front door to the spacious first living room. To the right are the large dining area and open-concept kitchen. To the left are the primary suite with a King bed, a sleeper sofa, and an en-suite bathroom with two shower heads and sinks. Up the stairs, to the left, is a Queen bedroom with a full en-suite bathroom. Down the hallway to the right is a bunk room with four twin bunk beds and two trundles underneath, as well as the second living room with a sectional sofa, games, and TV. Across from that room is a full bathroom. And to the right is a Queen bedroom with a Queen trundle and a full en-suite bathroom. MAP the distance to the Airport/Downtown/Snowbowl/Grand Canyon etc., and use the starting point W Frest Aire St 86001. -NO pets. -NO parties or events. -NO outdoor music past 9pm. Please be respectful to the neighbors. -NO smoking, it's dry, you won't want to start a fire. -PLEASE shower off before entering the hottub. Lotions and deodorants etc can turn it funky quickly, and you don't want that on your vacation. Although this property is perfect for entertaining, for liability purposes, only registered guests are allowed after quiet hours. We have a ZERO TOLERANCE Party & Event Policy. The City of Flagstaff takes noise disturbances very seriously and can result in fines & the removal of this listing from the various platforms. A Ring Doorbell Camera is installed to monitor REAL Occupancy and for emergency situations only. Properties may include a NoiseAware noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels). We have partnered with Safely and upon booking the primary guest gives permission to the property manager to use a third-party to verify their identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation. This home is excellent for everyone. Lots for the kids and adults to do. We enjoyed the stay very much.

We used this property as our base for a quick excursion to visit the Grand Canyon. As a family of 5 hotels aren't a good option. This property was a great option for us all to be together. It was in a great neighborhood, was clean, well maintained, and was very comfortable including the beds, bedrooms, family room, and kitchen. The Kitchen was fully stocked with amenities that allowed for all types of meal prep. The property manager, Kyle, was amazingly communicative and responsive. We had zero issues or concerns yet Kyle made sure to check on us during the rental. Would definitely stay here again when in the area in the future.

A beautiful place to stay! Near ski resort and great hosts! Spacious rooms and kitchen, and lots of fun for kids to play outside! We couldn't have found a better place! Thank you.
