This is the only rental in Northern AZ as unique as this—10 min from DT Flag. -Book now; your unforgettable Flagstaff oasis awaits. -MAP starting S Wildlife Dr 86005 Permit #: STR-24-0134 **NO motorized off-road vehicles driving around the property. It's illegal in a National Forest. There are many legal, excellent, motorized off-road trails nearby around Flag. Axel Bear Ranch is sequestered on a 2-acre property with everything you need to get away, yet minutes from the amenities of Flagstaff. When you walk in the front door, straight ahead is the dining room. Just beyond is the spacious open kitchen; to the right is a bunk room with four twin bunks, and just beyond that is a queen bedroom. Straight ahead of the kitchen is the downstairs living room, with three bedrooms and a full bathroom. The bedrooms are King, Queen, and twin bunk. Upstairs you have the game room to the right, with a billiards/ping-pong table, a sleeper sofa, a full bathroom, and a Queen loft. The primary suite has a King bed, trundle twins, and a full bathroom on the other side. MAP the distance to the Airport/Downtown/Snowbowl/Grand Canyon etc., and use the starting point S Wildlife Dr 86005. -NO pets. -NO parties or events. -NO outdoor music past 9pm. Please be respectful to the neighbors. -NO smoking, it's dry, you won't want to start a fire. -PLEASE shower off before entering the hottub. Lotions and deodorants etc can turn it funky quickly, and you don't want that on your vacation. Although this property is perfect for entertaining, for liability purposes, only registered guests are allowed after quiet hours. We have a ZERO TOLERANCE Party & Event Policy. The City of Flagstaff takes noise disturbances very seriously and can result in fines & the removal of this listing from the various platforms. A Ring Doorbell Camera is installed to monitor REAL Occupancy and for emergency situations only. Properties may include a NoiseAware noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels). We have partnered with Safely and upon booking the primary guest gives permission to the property manager to use a third-party to verify their identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation. We had a wonderful time enjoying the property and the area around it. Countless hours playing cards and many competitions around the pool table. And, dont forget the hot tub. Many good memories made.

We enjoyed the uniqueness of this rental home. Discovering it's close location to a working ranch was surprising but not negative as we come from farm families. Visiting in early March meant we experienced the effects of the recent snowstorm but the property manager did his best to help us have good access plus deal with the cold.

The cabin is simply amazing. Where to start? The amenities, the kitchen, the rooms, the game room.. My family loved it all. We stayed 3 nights with a busy schedule that included a day in Page visiting Antelope Canyon and Horse Shoe Bend. I wish we had add at least one more day just to spend the whole day at the cabin. This property is great for big families, or family reunions like ours. We were four families and my mother in total 18 people. Everyone had a comfortable bed to sleep. The cabin is equipped with everything you can think. Just bring your groceries and you won’t need anything else. Kyle, the property manager , answer promptly to all our questions and made sure we were all set. I highly recommend this property. My family left with many memories to treasured.
