Really good stay for the price! The sea view was beautiful and the location was very close to the beach. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, especially in guiding us about places to visit and things to do around. The room was clean and well-maintained. Overall, great hospitality and definitely worth the price!

Location! location! location!
Bang on the waterfront, though the rooms do not have a significant view of the harbour, the property is adjoining the public promenade and is absolutely brilliant for morning runs, walks and evening strolls. Being right next to the Vivanta Taj helps in a high security. the neighbourhood is alive well into the evening unlike other places in Cochin and is very easy to access by auto and uber. The staff was sweet and supportive.
the AC was really good
Room was relatively small but fully equipped. The kettle in the room was not useful because the coffee was really low grade, you get such nice coffee and tea in todays day. Complimentary bottled water was unbranded so bought my own. Bathroom was a little slimy but manageable.

The Location is prime, the linens and towels are clean and the AC is powerful. Helpful staff.
I have tried my best to like this place but there are certain things the hotel can do to make the experience better.
I booked this place looking at the stock photos they have put.The actual look and feel is very much different. The place is highly deprecated. The bathrooms are below average. Leaking pipes and grimey walls. Always having a foul smell too. With a little bit of maintenance they can fix this easily. They give sub par complementary aminenites.
No parking at all. There is a restaurant downstairs and they utilize all the parking. Our car also got hit and run by one of the restaurant customers and they don't take any accountability. Be also sure to carry a mosquito repellent.
This place would be ideal for people who just want to sleep and shower and then head out. TVs only have a very lagging android tv in it.
