Located in Prime Hook Beach, this lovely house for $280 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Our fully remodeled home has everything you need for a perfect beach getaway! Just a short walk across the street to a beautiful, serene, private beach. Spend your day sunbathing, swimming, fishing, and strolling up and down the beach. When you get tired of the sun, sand and views, go for a walk or bike ride around our friendly neighborhood. Lewes and Rehoboth are a short drive away, as are Dewey, Bethany and Ocean City, MD. Milton (10 min) has small town charm, restaurants, takeout, grocery store and even two breweries! (Dogfish Head and Dewey-Harbeson). The main bedroom has a high quality king mattress with Boll and Branch sheets. The second bedroom has two new twin Wink mattresses with Boll and Branch sheets. There is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room with a comfortable mattress. Sheets are provided for the sofa bed. There is a small side porch with sofa. New this year are sliding glass doors in each room that walk out to a huge screened in deck overlooking the Prime Hook National Wildlife Refuge! Nature lovers and bird watchers will be in heaven with plenty of comfortable seating and unlimited views of migratory birds and other wildlife. When the weather cooperates you can even sleep with the doors open letting the breeze and sounds of nature into the house! Full kitchen includes all dishes, glasses, utensils, pots/pans, Ninja Foodie instant pot, coffee maker, toaster and Nutribullet blender, and a large refrigerator and freezer with automatic ice maker. There is a small side deck with sofa just off the kitchen to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or to hose off your sandy feet on the way back from the beach. High speed internet and 55" Samsung SmartTV with Bose audio system. Beach chairs, towels and umbrellas are provided for guest use as well! We hope you love our house and Prime Hook Beach as much as we do! PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PET FEE IS $100 PER DOG PER WEEK WITH A MAXIMUM OF 2 DOGS PER STAY. PLEASE INDICATE HOW MANY DOGS YOU WILL BE BRINGING WHEN YOU REQUEST TO BOOK. PETS MUST BE APPROVED PRIOR TO BOOKING. High season- Memorial Day- Labor Day is a 7 night minimum with check in and check out on Saturday.

Property was clean & well-maintained, had attractive furnishings, was well-equipped and included essentials for a comfortable stay. Quiet neighborhood, lots of wildlife, beautiful views. Excellent communication from/with hosts.

The views overlooking the wildlife refuge from the house are beautiful. Nice kitchen and bedrooms and a side deck . The one problem we had was the little flies on the porch that came in through some small holes in the screens. We tried to eat on the porch and they were a problem. We solved the problem by plugging the holes with some tissue and then sprayed the screening with some Skeeter-Nip Mosquito repellent which did the trick for us. The flies escape into the house from the screened porch when you open the doors as well. The beach is nice, but you do not have an access right across the street. You have to walk down the street which was no problem for us. We enjoyed the birds; dark eyed junco, red bellied woodpeckers,carolina wrens, northern mockingbirds,yellow rumped warblers,white throated,swamp and song sparrows, and the Canada geese. Some of the beach birds were herring, gr and lesser black back gulls, black and surf scoters,cormorants...

My husband and I have been staying at Vrbo properties for a number of years now, and this one definitely stood out for many reasons! First, Daniella was the most incredibly responsive and hospitable host we have ever dealt with. The property was clean, well-stocked and the location is quiet and beautiful! So close to the bay beach and the view of the Wildlife Refuge from the lovely back screen porch was amazing. We hope to visit again soon! I highly recommend this property!! The home was the perfect place for our vacation (two adults and two kids 3, 5). The accommodations are clean and comfortable. The screened in porch is the perfect place to relax, read, enjoy nature. My kids enjoyed the calm bay, and the water as shallow enough that they were able to explore. We went to Lewes and Rehoboth several times to eat and bike and it was an easy drive. I would definitely recommend this home if you are looking for a quiet trip surrounded by nature with comfortable and modern accommodations.

This cottage was perfection for a quiet comfortable stay at the beach. When we weren’t on the beach, we were enjoying the screened-in porch. The sounds of the marsh and the beautiful sunsets were the best! The location was remote, yet only 10 minutes from the grocery store in the adorable town of Milton. We also loved being able to have our dog with us.

This house was pretty much perfect for our family of 5 + our lil' frenchie Herman. Prime Hook is one of our favorite low key beaches, and this house is steps from it. The house had everything we needed for the stay and everything worked perfectly. Having two showers was a blessing to clean 3 sandy kids and ourselves and not take an hour + of waiting in a sandy, hot, sweaty shower line. The sunroom was VERY NICE to hang out with your morning coffee and/or do puzzles with the kids as well. If you made it this far and need a tiny little push before you actually commit to renting, this place is 15 minutes away from the BEST food you will eat in your entire life, Po Boy's Creole. I know, shameless plug for our families favorite place to eat when we go on vacation :)

We had an amazing stay at Daniella’s home with our two young kids and our dog. Between the calm, quiet beach and the gorgeous screened in back deck, our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was well-appointed with everything we needed, and Daniella was super responsive to any questions that came up along the way. She was also very accommodating regarding a last-minute request we had during our trip. We have often found vacationing with our young family to be taxing, but this trip was the first we’ve taken in a long time where we truly felt relaxed, and we can’t thank Daniella enough for sharing this peaceful oasis with us.

My husband, 18-year-old daughter, and I loved this beautiful, comfortable cottage, which was just right for the three of us. The location between the wildlife refuge and the quiet, bayside beach was perfect, and we enjoyed many walks on the beach, chatting with people we met, picking up stones and seashells, and swimming in the bay. I really appreciated that Daniella provided pretty much everything we needed, including bed linens, bath towels, beach towels, and beach chairs. The kitchen is also well equipped and even had some seasonings/spices and other staples. Daniella was very easy to communicate with and quickly resolved whatever questions we had. Thank you, Daniella! I hope we can come back some day.

We stayed at this beautiful property while visiting family in nearby Milton. Our stay was lovely. We love Prime Hook, a hidden gem! The beach house was beautifully appointed and comfortable. The quality of linens and furnishings was a step above other rentals we have been to. This host was kind and attentive. We look forward to another stay in the future.

We had such a great experience staying at this clean and adorable home in Prime Hook, north of Lewes. Really impressive how well they utilized the space in this house and though it may only be 2 bedrooms, it accommodated 4 adult women with no problem. We especially loved the screened in back porch overlooking the nature preserve. Sitting out there, drinking coffee, and watching the birds were some of my favorite moments in a weekend that was full of them! Daniella is one of the BEST VRBO hosts I have ever worked with, and we have rented dozens of VRBO houses over the years. She was gracious, generous, and responsive, all of which were greatly appreciated. Thanks so much, Daniella, for providing your wonderful home for rent, as we truly felt as if it was our own all weekend. We will be back!

We had never been to Prime Hook before but the place was perfect. Stayed for a tournament at DE turf but was a great location to eat at the large kitchen and relax on the screened in back porch.
