great location ... very near campus, which was important for us ... lots of good eating establishments very close to this property ... lots of outdoor activity nearby if being outside is important for you ... overall great visit to New Haven

This is an amazing place for a stay in the heart of a lovely New Haven neighborhood! The apartment is comfortable and exquisitely put together - every time i looked for something i needed, it was right there. Great location for short walks to nearby food and small shops and for exploring East Rock. Check in and out was very easy, and the host was remarkably available. I would definitely stay here again.

I was visiting a grad student at Yale. The location was perfect and the unit was just what I needed - could make light meals, walking distance to a small market that had the items I wanted or something for takeout. The unit is very clean, in a really safe nice building, quiet, coffee was supplied with french press, easy access, communication with the host was easy. I had no problems with parking. I would definitely stay there again!

This property and location were wonderful and the amenities left by the owner were awesome (Loved the french press!). What they've done with the place is amazing. The only downside is that both bathrooms are small and the sink has little space to put things on and shower is difficult to maneuver in unless you are tiny (I'm 5'10" so not really super tall).
